Randall Pickens Jr.

Randall Pickens Jr. has extensive experience in commercial lending, holding key positions at various financial institutions. Currently serving as Vice President of Commercial Lending at Dieterich Bank since March 2022, Randall previously held the role of Senior Vice President of Commercial Lending at Jefferson Bank and Trust from March 2020 to March 2022, as well as at St Louis Bank from December 2015 to March 2020. Randall's career includes roles at Midwest Bank Centre, Southern Commercial Bank, St. John's Bank and Trust, Montgomery Bank, Bank Midwest, Citizens National Bank of Greater St. Louis, and Union Planters Bank. Educationally, Randall completed a BA in Business from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis and graduated from the American Bankers Association-National Commercial Lending School.
