Alison Dobbs

Alison Dobbs is a dedicated professional with a strong background in dietary assistance and health-related roles. Currently serving as a Dietary Assistant at Fairview Rehab & Nursing Home since August 2022, Alison previously gained valuable experience as a Student Intern at Allergic to Salad, where curriculum development and teaching cooking classes for children were key responsibilities. In the role of COVID-19 Vaccine Site Registrar at New York City Health and Hospitals Corporation, Alison contributed to the efficient rollout of COVID-19 vaccinations and patient management. Additional internships include managing client data for the Florida Introduces Physical Activity and Nutrition to Youth program and roles in customer experience and patient services. Alison earned a Master of Science in Dietetics and Clinical Nutrition Services from Hunter College and holds a degree from the University of Miami.
