John-Erik Horn

John-Erik Horn is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in cybersecurity, digital transformation, and management across multiple industries. Currently serving as CEO of difesa GmbH & Co. KG since January 2023, John-Erik previously held the position of Interim CISO at Atreus GmbH, overseeing cybersecurity for a major international manufacturing conglomerate. As Managing Director at both BDO Cyber Security GmbH and BDO DIGITAL GmbH from July 2020 to January 2022, John-Erik led initiatives in cybersecurity and digital services. Earlier roles included Director of Cyber Security at PwC Deutschland and Managing Director at AM-Line GmbH, focusing on manufacturing execution systems and SAP integrations. John-Erik holds an MBA in International Business Management from IMD and a Dipl-Ing in Electrical & Information Engineering from the University of Stuttgart, along with CISSP certification to highlight expertise in information systems security.
