Roger Leonard

Roger Leonard has over 15 years of design experience. In 2021, they began working as Design Director at DIFF Eyewear. From 2016 to 2020, they were Founder + Principle Designer at RAL GROUP, offering design services for retail brands, and Global Design Director and Design Director at VonZipper. From 2012 to 2016, they were an Industrial Designer at Oliver Peoples, where they worked on eyewear, bags, packaging, and accessories. From 2009 to 2016, they were Design Director at RÄL DESIGNWERKS, working on industrial design, product design, product development, prototyping, finishing, graphic design, brand identity, and illustration. From 2008 to 2006, they were Lead Designer at JR286/FILA, designing accessories, protective, and inflatables for soccer, tennis, lifestyle, and wellness. From 2006 to 2005, they were Industrial Designer at JR286/UNDER ARMOUR and JR286/SPEEDO, designing headwear, bags, protective equipment, and accessories. Lastly, in 2005, they were a Model Maker at Nectar Product Development, where they did prototype construction, parts fabrication, debugging, mechanism design, and development.

Roger Leonard graduated from California State University, Long Beach in 2005 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Design/Product Design.
