Liman Makama

Liman Makama began their career in 2019 as a Peer Assisted Learning Support - Labs technician at the University of Surrey. Liman then moved on to Bright Network as a Technology Intern in 2020. In 2021, they joined Diverse Interactive as a Machine Learning Intern, where they developed ML & data analytics solutions with Python, Tensorpack & GCP for a client object classification & segmentation project. Liman then moved on to Access Self Storage as a Customer Sales Advisor in 2022, where they managed, queried and regularly updated large customer and storage unit database servers. Lastly, in 2022, Liman joined DiffusionData as a Graduate Support Engineer, where they worked with Engineering and Field teams to improve & innovate on platform's reliability, service quality, and customer experiences, as well as responding to L1 and L2 customer enquiries by email and helpdesk.

Liman Makama completed their IGCSE at the British International School Lagos, Nigeria from 2011 to 2016. Liman then attended Bellerbys College from 2017 to 2018, where they obtained a Foundation degree in Computing. Finally, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Surrey between 2018 and 2021.
