Manon Debattista

Manon Debattista has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Manon began their career at CROSSWARRIORS in 2013, where they worked as a Marketing Communications Manager for five months. In 2014, they joined the Future Music festival as a Production Assistant, gaining experience in event production.

In 2018, Manon started working at My Company as an Artist Manager, focusing on managing artists and their careers. Manon then joined Cours Florent in 2019 as an Artist Manager, where they stayed until 2021, honing their skills in artist management.

From 2020 to the present, Manon has been working at Diggers Factory, a company specializing in vinyl production and distribution. Manon initially worked as a Labels and Artists Relations Manager, responsible for managing relationships between the company and labels/artists. Later, they took on the role of Head of Production, overseeing the production processes within the company.
