Barbara Res PE, Esq.

Barbara Res PE, Esq. has over 25 years of experience in the construction industry. Barbara began their career in 1993 as Vice President at Vornado Realty Trust, where they oversaw the development of several Alexander's properties and represented the company at municipal and state agencies. In 1999, they took on the role of Vice President Facilities at Club Quarters, where they were responsible for all elements of the construction process from agency approvals to start up for new and renovated hotels. In 2007, they became the Owner's Representative at St. Bart's Episcopal Church, supervising all construction work on the renovation of the air conditioning plant and installation of a new restaurant. From 2010 to 2014, they served as Acting General Counsel at Integrated Water Technologies, and from 2014 to 2016 they were a Senior Project Manager at Pavarini McGovern, LLC. In 2016, they opened their own business, Res Solutions LLC NJ, where they provided full service litigation support, and in 2018 they became Vice President at DigiBuild Software, a construction management and reputation management software utilizing blockchain technology. Most recently, in 2019, they joined SLDB Construction Consultants as a Consultant, where they have overseen more than $5 billion worth of projects from multiple stakeholder perspectives.

Barbara Res PE, Esq. has a comprehensive educational background. Barbara attended John Adams High School and then went on to The City College of New York, where they earned a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering (BEE) and a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering (BEE) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. Barbara then attended Long Island University where they took graduate courses in Marketing, Accounting, and Management. Finally, they attended Rutgers Law School and obtained a JD in Litigation.
