Ricardo Restrepo Herbruger has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Ricardo started their career in 2007 as a Volunteer at the Federacion Panameña de Futbol, where they provided logistics support for national soccer teams. Ricardo then worked as a Manager at Agasajos Chez Marie, where they were responsible for personnel management and logistics.

Most recently, Ricardo has been working at Digicel Group since 2021. Ricardo first served as the Group Head for SportsMax & PlayGo Digital Products, where they defined the vision for app development and integrated consumer trends into differentiated products. Currently, they hold the role of Group Director for Digital Products and Engagement, focusing on monetizing a suite of digital products across more than 20 markets.
