Claire Li

Claire Li has extensive experience in sales operations and management, spanning multiple companies and industries. Claire began their career as a Section Manager at China National Instruments Import & Export Company in 1990, where they served until 2001. From there, they joined Nortel Networks as a Commercial Manager and worked until 2005. In 2005, they joined Accenture as a Contract Manager until 2007.

Li then transitioned to VeriSign Australia Pty Ltd, where they held various roles, including Senior Manager of APAC Sales Operations and Principal Specialist of Sales Operation APJ, from 2007 to 2010.

In 2010, they joined Symantec as a Principal Sales Ops Specialist, supervising Sales Operations and Deal management support for the Asia Pacific region and temporarily acting as supervisor for Sales Ops EMEA and US teams. Eventually, they became the Manager of Sales Operations until November 2017.

Currently, Li works as the Director of Sales Operations at DigiCert, Inc., a position they have held since July 2019. Prior to this role, they were the Manager of the Global Deal Desk/Sales Ops team from November 2017 to June 2019.

Claire Li obtained their Bachelor of Economics degree in International Business/Trade/Commerce from the University of International Business and Economics, where they studied from 1986 to 1990.
