Kolin Porter

Kolin Porter, CPA has a strong background in tax and international tax management. Kolin has held various leadership positions in reputable companies such as DigiCert, Inc., Purch, Boart Longyear, Novell, SCO, Mrs. Fields Famous Brands, Cordant Technologies, Inc., Novell, and KPMG US. During their career, they have managed international tax compliance, external reporting, tax audits, foreign tax credit, tax research and planning, tax policy and implementation of tax strategies. Kolin has also overseen FIN 48 implementation, tax consolidation, FASB 109 reporting, merger and acquisition compliance and reporting, and staff management.

Kolin Porter, CPA, obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting from Utah State University from 1980 to 1984. Kolin then pursued a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) at Utah State University. In addition, Kolin Porter is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
