Rouba Ashkar

Rouba Ashkar is a Doctoral Student currently pursuing a Doctor's Degree in Business Administration and Management at ESA BUSINESS SCHOOL, expected to complete in June 2026. Rouba has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Group Director of Talent Management at Seedz Technology Group and as a Human Resources Consultant at Digico Solutions, both positions held since April 2023. Additionally, Rouba is an Instructor at Lebanese American University since March 2023. Previously, Rouba held key roles including Head of People and Culture at Apliman and Human Resources Director at Arab Fashion Council, showcasing a strong background in employee compensation, recruitment, training and development, and regulatory compliance. Rouba earned a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management from the American University of Beirut in 2017.
