Ahmad Haj Mosa

Ahmad Haj Mosa, PhD has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Ahmad currently holds the position of Director: Head of Digital Assets and AI at Digital Factory in PwC, a role they have been serving in since October 2021. Prior to this, from October 2019 to September 2021, they worked as a Senior Manager at PwC. Ahmad also served as a Manager at PwC from September 2017 to October 2019.

In addition to their roles at PwC, Ahmad is a Co-founder & Chief of Innovation and AI at Digicust, a position they have held since July 2020. Ahmad is also involved in academia, currently working as a Lecturer in the Master program - Multilingual Technologies - Information Design at FH Campus Wien | University of Applied Sciences, starting from December 2022. Ahmad has previously worked as a Lecturer in Self Driving Cars lab at Universität Klagenfurt from July 2020 to September 2022, teaching courses on Robotics and Machine Learning. Prior to that, they held the roles of University Assistant and Research Assistance at Universität Klagenfurt from August 2013 to July 2017 and March 2011 to July 2013, respectively.

Furthermore, Ahmad has been an Affiliated Advisor in AI at Network Development Hub since November 2020. Ahmad also briefly worked as a Machine Learning Expert at craftworks GmbH from May 2017 to September 2017.

Ahmad Haj Mosa, PhD, has an extensive educational background in the field of information technology, specifically machine learning and predictive models. Ahmad earned their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) from Alpen-Adria-Universität, where they studied from 2012 to 2016.

Prior to their PhD, Ahmad obtained a Master's degree from Fachhochschule Kärnten from 2009 to 2011, focusing on health care IT. Additionally, they hold a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering, which they completed at Tishreen University from 2003 to 2008.

In addition to their formal education, Ahmad has also obtained several certifications. Ahmad completed courses on "Rendering Using Cycles in Blender," "Unity 5: 3D Essential Training," and "Up and Running with Google Cloud Platform" through Lynda.com, obtaining these certifications in 2016 and 2017.
