Borisav Parmakovic

Borisav Parmakovic has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Borisav started their career in 2010 as a Retail Sales Man for BESTSELLER, where they gained experience in retail sales and customer service. Borisav then worked as a Professional Assistant for Stage Assembling at artlogic GmbH from August 2011 to July 2012. In 2012, they worked as a Contract worker for financial execution within Bank Austria through Experis, where they gained practical experience in administration and data entry.

In 2013, Borisav worked as a Finance Provider for OVB Allfinanz Austria, where they provided financial advice and acquired customers. Borisav also worked as a Stock Clerk at Hofer KG, where they had responsibilities such as cash handling, shelf sorting, and store cleaning. In the same year, they also worked as a Call Center Agent at Telemark Marketing, assisting customers of Santander Consumer Bank and being involved in marketing research and data acquisition.

From 2014 to 2017, Borisav worked as a Dual Student at DHL Express Austria, where they gained knowledge and experience in various processes such as warehousing, sorting, customs clearance, and administration. Borisav also gained skills in negotiating with logistics service providers and designing routes.

In 2017, they returned to Telemark Marketing as a Call Center Agent, mainly focusing on customers in the loan sector and participating in data acquisition and modification. Borisav then joined DB Schenker in 2018 as a Professional Customs Agent, where they carried out customs-related tasks.

Most recently, they became the CEO & Co-Founder of Digicust, a company that provides virtual customs robots integrated into an AI-based pre-customs software.

Borisav Parmakovic has a diverse education history. Borisav began their formal education in 2009 at Evening School Economics College BFI Margareten V, where they obtained a University-entrance diploma. Borisav then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Business Management - Logistics, Forwarding and Transport from DHBW Mannheim, completing the program from 2014 to 2017. In 2016, they briefly studied Business Management, Economics, and Finance at Appalachian State University. Borisav furthered their education by earning a Master of Arts (MA) in Digital Business Innovation and Transformation from IMC Krems, graduating between the years 2018 and 2020.

In addition to their formal education, Borisav has obtained various certifications. Borisav completed the "Intermediate Python" course from DataCamp in July 2020 and earned the certifications of "Digitalisierungsbeauftragter (Digital Officer)" and "Innovation Risk Manager" from Austrian Standards in June 2020. Borisav is also knowledgeable in data science skills, having completed the "Data Science for Business" and "Introduction to Python" courses from DataCamp in March 2020. Furthermore, they won the PIP Hackathon in February 2020 and participated in the "Creative Pre-Incubator Gründungsprogramm" provided by accent Gründerservice in January 2020. Borisav has demonstrated proficiency in a variety of subjects, as evidenced by their "Francais Professionell A2/B1" certificate from DHBW Stuttgart in October 2015 and their SAP-basic course certification from Evening School Economics College BFI Margareten V in April 2012. Borisav also holds an "IELTS-Zertifikat Band Score 7.0 - Level C1" from IELTS BRITISHCOUNCIL, obtained in May 2018.
