Elkanah Carnell Reed is an accomplished entrepreneur and technology leader, currently serving as Founder, CEO, and CTO of WORKOPTI, an AI-powered leadership platform. Reed has extensive experience at Content Economy Co., holding multiple leadership roles, and is actively engaged with Accenture as a Partner in the Black Founder Development initiative. Reed's involvement in the technology community includes participating in various accelerator programs with Microsoft and McKinsey & Company, and serving as a judge for the Digiday WorkLife Awards.
