Natalija Banic has extensive experience in human resources, working in various roles and industries throughout their career. Natalija has a solid background in HR strategy, communications, and consultancy. From 2003 to 2006, they worked as a Human Resources Assistant at neckermann.de GmbH. Natalija then moved on to Adria Media Group d.o.o., where they served as an Assistant to the Editor-in-Chief, followed by roles as a Human Resources Assistant and Specialist. In 2010, they joined Vip mobile d.o.o. and held several positions, including Human Resources Business Partner and Strategy and Communications Manager. Natalija was responsible for designing and executing HR strategy, managing employee engagement and talent management programs, and overseeing recruitment and development activities. In 2018, they transitioned to a leadership role as the Head of Human Resources at Bright Solutions GmbH and later at Flash Hub. Natalija then took on the role of People Team Lead at Stoked in 2020 and transitioned to People & Culture Lead at DigiFarm in 2022. Currently, they work as a PCM (Process Communication Model) Trainer and Coach, providing communication training and coaching to individuals, startups, and small organizations.
