Oscar Or

Oscar Or has been working in the professional world since 2007. Oscar started their career with the Hong Kong Government in the Agriculture, Fisheries and Conservation Department. In 2008, they moved to the Registration and Electoral Office and then to the Home Affair Department and Environmental Department in 2009. In 2012, they began working for KONICA MINOLTA, INC. as a Solutions Manager. Oscar then moved to HKBN, where they served in various roles, including IT Project Management & Co-owner, Digital Operatons & Process Transformation, Co-Owner, Customer Experience & Co-Owner, and Assistant Manager - Corporate Relationship and Officer - China Business Development. In 2019, they joined DigiFinex Global as Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) and General Manager.

Oscar Or obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science from The Chinese University of Hong Kong. Oscar also holds two certifications, Benefits of Cloud Technology for Business: Getting Started With Migration from Cloud Academy, Inc. obtained in December 2018, and Project Management Professional (PMP) from Project Management Institute obtained in March 2018.
