Chris Somers

Chris Somers serves as the General Manager at DigiHaul since February 2024. Prior to this role, Chris held the General Manager position at DHL Supply Chain from July 2017 to February 2024, overseeing operations related to Marks & Spencer's Clothing & Home Logistics. During the tenure at DHL, Chris progressed from Site Manager to Senior Operations Manager, involved in significant projects such as the NHS COVID vaccine rollout in London and various business improvement initiatives for notable clients like Selfridges and Sky. Earlier roles included Operations Manager at Marks & Spencer and Tradeteam, as well as a First Line Manager at Gatwick Airport. Chris's career began in the British Army, where participation spanned from October 2011 to July 2017 as a JNCO. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Sports Marketing from Coventry University, completed in 2010.
