Elahe Alipour

Elahe Alipour is an experienced professional in organizational development and program management, currently serving as a Program Manager and Organizational Development Manager at Digikala since April 2018. Elahe has designed and implemented a new performance management framework and has held roles focused on organizational design and employee development at Fidibo. Previous experience includes a Program Manager position at Jahesh, where Elahe developed a startup acceleration process and coordinated events to empower university students in Iran's startup ecosystem. Additional roles at MAPSA Technology Center and Finstars involved graphic design and public relations. Elahe holds a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering from Amirkabir University of Technology and a Master of Business Administration from Alzahra University.
