Joseph Buckley, E.I.T. has a diverse work experience in various engineering roles. Joseph started their career as a Process Engineering Intern at Simonton Windows & Doors, where they trained new employees on Lean Manufacturing principles and conducted audits to improve production lines. Joseph also implemented A3 document structure to reduce production time.
