Petra Dolejšová

Petra Dolejšová is an experienced legal professional specializing in various areas of law, including marketing law, artificial intelligence, e-commerce, GDPR, and brand protection. Since March 2020, Petra has been working as a freelancer with Bez paragrafu s.r.o., providing training, writing, and document setup to ensure client comprehension. Additionally, Petra has served as a lecturer for Digisemestr since January 2020. Prior roles include attorney at law at eLegal from September 2014 to March 2020, where expertise was focused on intellectual property law and general legal practice, and as a misdemeanor commissioner at MČ Praha 5. Earlier experience includes serving as an assistant judge at the Okresní soud v Olomouci from 2008 to 2011. Petra holds a Master’s degree in law from Palacký University in Olomouc and has also studied at TalTech – Tallinn University of Technology.
