Claus Skaaning

Claus Skaaning has over six years of work experience in various roles. In 2014, they became the Owner of CS Consult, a consultancy specializing in commercialization of university results and prototypes, as well as the commercial use of Artificial Intelligence and Decision Support technology. In 2016, they joined Aglance Solutions as an Advisor and Chief Operating Officer. In 2017, they became a Senior Business Developer for SEA - Supporting Entrepreneurship at AAU and an Advisor for Dezide. In 2019, they became an Advisory Board Member for Oh So Quiet. In 2020, they became the FIBREE Regional Chair Denmark for FIBREE. In 2021, they became an Advisor, co-founder for Penning A/S, an Advisory Board Member for REDO - Neurosystems, and an Advisor for StandardDAO. Since 2018, they have been the CEO and Co-Founder of DigiShares.

Claus Skaaning obtained their PhD in Computer Science from Aalborg University between 1987 and 1997. Claus also completed a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Statistics/Computer Science from the University of Chicago between 1994 and 1995. Prior to this, they attended Varde Gymnasium between 1984 and 1987. In December 2017, they obtained an Inbound certification from HubSpot Academy.
