Alejandro Martín Vidal has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Alejandro began their career at Halcón Ceramicas in 2005, where they served as the Director of Quality, Environment, and Occupational Risk Prevention until 2007. From 2007 to 2008, they worked as the Responsible for Ceramic Plant at TAU Ceramica. Following that, Alejandro joined Levantina y Asociados de Minerales, S.A as the Coordinator of the Industrial Porcelain Area from 2008 to 2011. Alejandro then moved on to IBERO ALCORENSE SL, where they held the position of Technical Director from September 2011 to October 2012. In 2013, Alejandro became the Group CEO at Digit-S, a position they held until 2020 when they transitioned to being the Group CEO at Aitister. Throughout their career, Alejandro has focused on coordinating and supervising production processes, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards, budgeting, and implementing cost and time management techniques to improve overall efficiency and quality.
Alejandro Martín Vidal's education history includes a Licenciado degree in Químicas from the Universitat Jaume I, which they obtained between 1994 and 1999. In 2008 to 2010, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management, General from FUNDESEM. From 2006 to 2007, they attended Auren Consultores and obtained a Máster Técnico Superior en Prevención de Riesgos Laborales, specializing in Seguridad y Salud Laboral (Master's Degree in Occupational Health and Safety). In addition, Alejandro completed an Executive MBA from Fundesem Business School in the years 2009 to 2011.
