Hikaru Kashida

Hikaru Kashida has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. They started their career in 2008 as a Strategy Consultant at Mars & Co., where they worked until 2012. They then moved on to BrainPad Inc., where they served as a Data Scientist from 2014 to 2016. Following that, Hikaru joined Mercari, Inc. as the Head of Data Analyst, a position they held until 2020. In 2019, they also took on the role of Advisor - Service Growth at note for a year. Currently, Hikaru is working at a Digital Agency, where they hold the position of Head of Unit, Fact & Data, starting from April 2022.

Hikaru Kashida completed a Master's Degree in Materials Science from Waseda University, where they studied from 2002 to 2008.
