Adir Krafman

Adir Krafman has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in product management, communications, and advocacy. They are currently working as a Technical Product Manager at Digital.ai since 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Product Manager at DSM from 2021 to 2022, where they were responsible for leading product discovery and development, conducting user and market research, and managing the full development cycle.

Before joining DSM, Adir held multiple roles at CIJA from 2016 to 2021, including Director, Communications and Analytics, Associate Director, Communications and Analytics, Senior Manager, Media Relations and Analytics, and Manager, Communications and Media Relations. In these roles, they managed media relations, developed communications strategies, and led analytics initiatives.

They also have experience working at Hillel Ontario as an Associate Director, Advocacy and Strategic Communications from 2015 to 2016, where they focused on media relations, press releases, and strategic communications. Prior to that, they served as the Coordinator, Advocacy in the Greater Toronto Area from 2013 to 2015, where they led advocacy initiatives and supervised a team.

Additionally, Adir worked as a Research Assistant at the International Relations and Digital Technology Project (IRDTP) in 2013, and as a Freelance Web Developer at TS Poetry Press in 2012, where they independently managed web application development and deployment.

Adir Krafman graduated with an Honours Bachelor of Science (HBSc) degree in International Relations and Computer Science from the University of Toronto, where they studied from 2008 to 2013. In addition to their undergraduate degree, they have obtained several certifications. In December 2015, they completed certifications in Marketing and Communications as well as Strategic Public Relations from the University of Toronto School of Continuing Studies. In October 2016, they became a Certified NationBuilder Developer through the NationBuilder institution. Most recently, in July 2021, they obtained a certification in Product Management from BrainStation.
