Dave Ericson

Dave Ericson has extensive work experience in the field of IT and software development. Dave has held various roles in different companies throughout their career.

In 1988, Dave started their career as a Software Engineer at Tartan, Inc., where they gained experience in designing, coding, testing, and supporting system software tools for multiple programming languages and embedded processors.

In 1996, they joined Texas Instruments, Inc. as a Senior Software Engineer. Dave was responsible for systems software development and support, specifically in the design and development of compiler, debugger, and plugin tools. Dave also provided level 3 support across different product lines.

In 2001, Dave transitioned to Acclamation Systems, Inc. Here, they served as a Senior Applications Programmer, Senior Systems Administrator, Technical Services Manager, Product Development Manager, and ASP Product Manager. Dave managed various teams and projects, including new product development, enhancements, technical maintenance, and releases. Dave also played a crucial role in implementing the company's ASP model.

From 2008 to 2012, Dave worked as the Technical Services Director at Ebix. Dave managed the IT infrastructure for different offices and business units, as well as data center migrations and activities. Additionally, they oversaw the technical implementation and systems administration of clients and internal company employees.

In 2012, Dave joined VersionOne as a Senior Manager of SaaS Operations. Dave was responsible for the day-to-day operations of the VersionOne SaaS solution, ensuring operational SLAs were met. Dave managed tasks, projects, and priorities, and addressed customer requests in a timely manner.

Dave'smost recent role is at Digital.ai, where they started in 2019. Dave began as the Director of CloudOps in the US and later transitioned to the role of Principal CloudOps Engineer. In these positions, they have been involved in overseeing cloud operations and leading teams in implementing and maintaining cloud infrastructure.
