Donnie Nix

Donnie Nix has extensive work experience in technical support and customer support roles. Donnie is currently working at Digital.ai as the Director of Technical Support, a position they have held since March 2022. Prior to this, they worked at CollabNet VersionOne as a Customer Support Manager from April 2020 to March 2022. Nix also has experience at VersionOne, where they served as a Customer Support Specialist from June 2011 to June 2018. In this role, they provided direct customer support for various applications and handled tasks such as system configuration, problem resolution, and database maintenance. Donnie also worked extensively with REST API.
