Hes Siemelink

Hes Siemelink has extensive work experience in the technology industry. Hes is currently working as a Senior Product Architect at Digital.ai since April 2020.

Before that, from December 2011 to April 2020, they worked as a Senior Product Architect at XebiaLabs. Hes played a crucial role in creating the flagship product XL Release and successfully transformed it into a leading product in the market, generating over $10M in yearly revenue.

From December 2010 to December 2011, Hes worked at SecondFloor as a Solution Architect. Hes was responsible for translating business requirements into the technical domain and leading the technical team on a project for a large UK insurance company.

Prior to that, they served as a Software Architect at Allshare from November 2006 to February 2011. Hes played a key role in the product development team of the internet-banking application, overseeing the analysis, design, and implementation of the solution.

Hes also worked as a Senior Developer at Finalist IT Group from November 2005 to October 2006. Hes served as the architectural lead on various client/server applications and was the technical lead for a project outsourced to China.

From September 2002 to October 2005, Hes worked as the CTO of Izecom. Hes was responsible for project organization and technical development of secure email product line, with a strong focus on security.

At Tryllian, they worked as a Lead Designer from 1998 to 2002. Hes was involved in designing and implementing a framework for mobile agents in Java and served as a co-founder and team leader.

Hes began their career as a Redacteur at Studenten TV from 1994 to 1998. Hes also worked as a Student Assistent at the Universiteit van Amsterdam from 1994 to 1996.

Hes Siemelink completed a M Sc degree in Artificial Intelligence from the University of Amsterdam between 1992 and 1997.
