Mehreen Kapadia

Mehreen Kapadia is an experienced operations manager currently employed at Red Iron Labs since June 2021. Previous roles include outreach and engagement specialist at NPower Canada from April 2019 to February 2021, and consultant at Phasis Consulting, where the focus was on corporate social responsibility and sustainable business growth strategies. Mehreen's background also includes project coordination for initiatives aimed at supporting immigrant mothers and youth at the Calgary Immigrant Women's Association. Additional experience includes youth engagement and educational outreach at organizations such as YouthLink Calgary and the YMCA of Calgary. Mehreen began a career in research related to sustainable energy and indigenous practices during a practicum with Light Up the World Foundation, following a Bachelor of Arts in International Development from the University of Calgary.
