Rachel Thielen has over 15 years of culinary and management experience in various prestigious establishments. Currently serving as Purchasing Manager and previously as Sous Chef at Interlachen Country Club since November 2018, Rachel has also held roles as Sous Chef and Lead Cook at Hazeltine National Golf Club from September 2010 to November 2018. Earlier positions include Line Cook at Crave Restaurant & Lounge, Mystic Lake Casino Hotel, Edina Country Club, Kincaid's, and Carbone's Ristorante. Rachel holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Culinary Arts from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts-Minneapolis.
