Isaiah Boykins has held multiple roles throughout their work experience. In 2006, they worked at Kforce Inc as a Test Engineer I, managing 911 Certifications and training employees. Lastly, in 2005, they served as a Behavior Specialist at Spofford Home.

Isaiah Boykins began their education in 2001 at Johnson County Community College, where they obtained an Associates Degree in Liberal Arts. From 2004 to 2006, they attended the University of Missouri-Kansas City, pursuing a degree in Liberal Arts with minors in Family Studies and Sociology. Isaiah also received certification in Computer Communications during their time at the university.
