Soila Kortesluoma

Soila Kortesluoma currently serves as a Senior Specialist and Group Manager at Digi- ja väestötietovirasto (Finnish Digital Agency) since December 2022, focusing on leadership, management, change management, coaching, and HR. From October 2016 to December 2022, Kortesluoma was a Team Manager at Kela, where responsibilities included organizational culture development and experimental development. Previously, Kortesluoma held various roles at the Finnish Medicines Agency Fimea from February 2010 to October 2016, including Marketing Authorisation Coordinator and Procedure Manager. Kortesluoma also worked as a self-employed Project Manager during maternity leave and began their career as a Project Scientist at the A. I. Virtanen Institute for Molecular Sciences from January 2007 to January 2010. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Biotechnology from the University of Eastern Finland and specialized studies in leadership and HR management from Savon ammattiopisto.
