Brian Coogan

Brian Coogan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in digital services and technology integration, currently serving as a Steering Committee Member at Digital Buildings Council since April 2024 and as Director of Digital Services at Ethos Engineering since October 2020. Previous roles include European Aviation Digital Lead and Associate at Arup, where key contributions included leading the Digital Building Index and overseeing significant projects such as Schiphol Airport and Dublin Airport. Coogan co-founded Anutech Systems Ltd, developing cloud-based entry management software, and has held various managerial positions at Kedington and SecureIT Solutions, focusing on business development and innovative ICT solutions. Coogan holds a Professional Diploma in Artificial Intelligence from University College Dublin and a BSc (Hons) in Digital Technology, Design and Innovation from Technological University Dublin.
