Tom Galvin

Tom Galvin is the current Executive Director at Digital Citizens Alliance. Prior to this, they served as Board Member at RHD International from January 2012 to December 2017. Tom has also co-founded two technology-focused consulting firms, 463 Communications and Vrge Strategies. Tom has also served as the Managing Partner and CEO at 463 Communications from January 2005 to December 2018.

Tom Galvin has a Master's degree in International Relations and Affairs/Soviet Studies from The George Washington University and a BA in International Affairs from The George Washington University. Tom also attended Matawan Regional High School.
