Russell Stout

Russell Stout has extensive experience in network operations management, currently serving as the Manager of Network Operations at Digital Designs, Inc. since August 2009. Prior to this role, Russell Stout served in the United States Marine Corps from 1998 to 2003, achieving the rank of Sergeant.
