Matthew Hemmer has been in the telecommunications industry since 2000. Matthew began their career at Covad Communications as an Operations Manager, where they project managed customer deployments, partnered with Provisioning, Engineering, and Sales to ensure deployments met customer expectations, and created training documentation. In 2008, they joined MegaPath as Senior Manager Business Analyst, Senior Manager- Global Dispatch Operations, and Manager Field Operations. In 2014, they became the Repair Manager at Call One, Incorporated. In 2017, they took on the role of Director of Operations at Everywhere Wireless, where they led Customer Service and Field Operations organizations, worked to implement consistent, scalable processes and procedures to standardize and improve company performance for order processing through repair support, and created key performance indicators to measure all aspects of company performance. Matthew also took on the role of Operations Manager at Digital Direction that same year.
