Lilia Collar

Lilia Collar has extensive work experience as a Digital Compositor in the visual effects industry. Lilia began their career in 2018 at MPC - Paris & Liège, followed by roles at Digital Golem, Umedia VFX & Finishing, Method Studios, and MPC. In 2019, they joined Framestore as a Digital Compositor before moving to Squeeze Studio Animation in 2020. In 2021, Lilia worked at Mikros Animation and Outpost VFX as a Digital Compositor. Currently, they hold the position of Lead Compositor at Digital Domain, where they have been working since 2023. Lilia has consistently demonstrated their expertise in compositing and has accumulated valuable experience in their field over the years.

Lilia Collar's education history begins in 1999 when they attended Universidad de la Habana, where they pursued a Biology major with a focus on Environmental Science. Lilia completed their studies in 2004. In 2006, Lilia attended Alliance Française, where they studied French Translation at Level 1. This course lasted for a year and ended in 2007. From 2009 to 2011, they enrolled in EIMA / ECAM / CASA ENCENDIDA, where they pursued a multidisciplinary program that included Scriptwriting, Film Direction, Editing, and Production. Finally, in 2022, Lilia attended Comp Lair™ for their specialized program called "The Next Level," which is designed for aspiring Compositing Supervisors.
