Abubaker Ser-Elkhatem

Abubaker ser-elkhatem is a seasoned technical support professional with extensive experience in providing operational support for equipment and software. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Support Executive at Smart Dubai Gov since May 2015, Abubaker specializes in the installation and configuration of computers and peripherals within data networks. Ltd, focusing on system issues and network troubleshooting, and began a career in marketing engineering at the same company. Abubaker holds a Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunication Engineering from Future University, Khartoum, Sudan, along with an Associate's Degree in the same field.
