Henry Romero Cruz has a diverse work experience. Henry started their career in 2012 as a Customer Service Representative at Harris Teeter, where they worked for five years. In 2017, Henry joined K12 as an Enrollment Consultant and stayed with the company for a year before moving on to MotoRefi in 2018. At MotoRefi, Henry served as a Bilingual Loan Processor Representative for three years. Currently, they are working at ARIN as a Customer Service Resource Analyst, a position they started in August 2021.

Henry Romero Cruz began their education in 2014 at Northern Virginia Community College, where they pursued a degree in Business Administration. Henry successfully completed their associate's degree in 2017. Following this, Henry enrolled at George Mason University in 2018 to further expand their knowledge and expertise in the field of Information Systems and Operations Management. Henry dedicated himself to their studies and is expected to graduate in 2021 with a bachelor's degree in Information Systems and Operations Management.
