Michael Abejuela has an extensive work experience history. Michael started their career as a Cashier Supervisor at Banana Republic from 1999 to 2003. Michael then worked as an Associate Attorney at Dozier Internet Law, P.C. from 2004 to 2005. Following that, they worked as a Contract Attorney at Crowell & Moring LLP for a few months in 2005. Michael was also an Associate Attorney at Clark & Allen, P.C. from 2005 to 2008. After that, they joined Bean, Kinney & Korman, P.C. as an Associate Attorney from 2009 to 2010. In 2009, they became a Justice at the National Capital Area Alumni Chapter - Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity International until 2012. Michael then served as a Director at Arlington County Bar Association from 2010 to 2011. In 2012, they became an Executive Board Member at Robert E. Redding Chapter - Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity International and held that position until 2020. Finally, they joined ARIN in 2010 as their General Counsel and is currently serving in that role.

Michael Abejuela's education history begins in 1991 when they attended O'Connell High School. Michael completed their high school education in 1995. Following that, they enrolled in Marymount University from 1995 to 1999, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. Finally, they pursued further education at the University of Richmond School of Law from 2000 to 2003 and obtained a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.
