Tammy Gann

Tammy came to DMI after accumulating over 10 years’ experience in Customer Service and Management in her roles as District Recruiter, District Coordinator and as a Human Resources Manager with Kmart Corporation. Due to Tammy’s excellent results and work ethic on the marketing team, she was promoted from a Marketing Representative to the Marketing Manager in 2009. After successfully managing the marketing team for 6 years, Tammy was promoted to Director of Operations in 2015 and now oversees the very seasoned Operations team, all of whom have been with DMI for over 10 years. Tammy’s team is responsible for all accounting functions and human resources.
