Tomasz Pająk

Tomasz Pająk is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in building high-performing teams and organizations. Currently serving as the Head of Engineering, Partner, and Board Member at Digital New Agency Group AB since May 2018, Tomasz focuses on advising C-level clients on organizational processes, technology, and team dynamics. Concurrently, as DevOps and Agile Lead at Conlea since September 2017, Tomasz leads training and consulting efforts in Agile methodologies. Previously, Tomasz held significant roles including Software Engineering Manager at Seqr, where a robust engineering organization was developed, and DASA Ambassador in Poland, promoting DevOps principles. With a strong educational background, including an MBA for IT from Kozminski University and a Master's in Telecommunications and Computer Science from Lodz University of Technology, Tomasz combines technical acumen with leadership expertise.
