Matthew Cosgrove is an experienced professional in monitoring and evaluation, currently serving as Senior Monitoring and Evaluation Officer at Digital Opportunity Trust since April 2018. In this role, Matthew supports the organization’s global M&E goals, engages with country teams to develop best practices, and leads research on social impact assessments.
