Iga Jarosz

Iga Jarosz has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. In 2017, they worked as the Head of Logistics at Maastricht Disrupt. From 2018 to 2019, they served as the Event Coordinator & Office Manager at ATELIE Dance Group & Events. In 2020, Iga joined ProRail as a Research Intern, focusing on their MSc thesis and a resulting paper on the role of Non-Technical Skills in Railway Traffic Operations. Iga continued their research at ProRail as a Researcher from 2021 to 2022. Currently, Iga works at Digital Power as a Data Analyst, where they assist organizations with data consultancy and knowledge sharing through their foundation, the Digital Power Datahub.

Iga Jarosz pursued their Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and Neuroscience from Maastricht University from 2015 to 2018. Following this, they embarked on their Master of Science degree in Applied Cognitive Psychology at Utrecht University, where they studied from 2019 to 2021.
