David Andrew Baur is an experienced Software Engineer with a career spanning over 25 years in the technology and defense sectors. Since February 2011, David has been a Resident Subcontractor at MIT Lincoln Laboratory, where responsibilities include upgrading a legacy ground-based radar signal processing system to a multi-threaded C++ software environment and developing configurable software components for radar communication. Prior to this, David worked at Raytheon as a Systems Software Engineer, contributing to the Patriot Missile System and Bow Array Component projects, and held roles at Northrop Grumman and EMC, focusing on systems software development and quality assurance for military and storage solutions. David holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Providence College.
