Aaron M. has extensive experience in engineering and operations, currently serving as Manager of Engineering Operations at Digital Realty since October 2019, following roles as Lead Engineer and Data Center Engineer 2. Prior experience includes a notable tenure with the US Navy from October 2011 to October 2019, where Aaron M. functioned as a Nuclear Repair Mechanic and held various supervisory positions, including S6G Engineering Watch Supervisor and Leading Petty Officer. In these roles, Aaron M. was responsible for overseeing operations and maintenance of Naval Nuclear Reactors, as well as mentoring and developing junior personnel.
