Kenneth Kwan

Kenneth Kwan, CPA, is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in investment and operational leadership across the real estate and logistics sectors. Currently serving as VP and Head of Investment for Asia Pacific at Digital Realty since July 2022, Kenneth oversees data center investments and joint ventures. Previously, as Chief Operating Officer at Emergent Capital Partners, Kenneth managed operations and development for logistics properties in Indonesia and Vietnam. Kenneth's tenure at Prologis spanned 14 years, where as Senior Vice President and Chief Investment Officer for China, Kenneth played a crucial role in scaling the company's logistics portfolio and achieving substantial annual value creation. Earlier experiences include key financial roles at Catellus Development Corporation and PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, complemented by a foundation in auditing and consulting at EY. Kenneth holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Economics from UCLA.
