Lance Shahin

Lance Shahin has extensive experience in engineering operations, currently serving as the Manager of Engineering Operations at Digital Realty since March 2018, where responsibilities have included overseeing engineering teams and projects. Prior to this role, Lance held the positions of Lead Engineer and Building Engineer at the same company. Earlier in the career, Lance worked at CBRE from November 2015 to February 2018 as the Lead Building Engineer, contributing to the management and maintenance of building systems.
