Rachel Larson has a diverse work experience spanning across various roles and industries. Rachel started their career as a Student Liaison/Volunteer at the Northern Lights Foundation in 2008 while also interning there from May 2011 to April 2012. In 2012, they worked as a Community Manager at RSP Marketing and also held the positions of Brand Ambassador Manager and Engagement Ambassador at Periscope from May 2012 to September 2012, and December 2012 to May 2013, respectively. Rachel then joined JNBA Financial Advisors as a Marketing and Communications Intern from February 2013 to May 2013. In the same year, they began working at Digital River as an Associate Account Manager and later moved up to the position of Account Manager from March 2015 to April 2018. Rachel then became a Senior Customer Success Manager from May 2018 to February 2022. Rachel is currently working as the Director of Customer Success at Digital River since February 2022. Additionally, they briefly worked as an Athlete Assistant at SixSpeed in January 2013.
Rachel Larson received a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a focus on Entrepreneurship from the University of St. Thomas - Opus College of Business in 2013. In 2012, they also participated in a study abroad program at John Cabot University, focusing on Business.
