Ron de Bos

Ron de Bos has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Ron is currently serving as the Senior Director of Product Management - Payments & Fraud at Digital River since December 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Director of Product Management - Payments at the same company from February 2021 to January 2023. Before joining Digital River, Ron founded deBos Consulting in 2018. Ron also worked as the Director of Financial Management Services at ModusLink from February 2020 to December 2020, and as a Payments Consultant from September 2019 to February 2020. Ron has also held positions at Connective Payments - Strategy Consulting and Execution as a Business & Customer Experience Consultant from September 2018 to February 2020, and at Ingenico ePayments as the Vice President of Operations Strategy & Change from January 2014 to September 2018, Executive Vice President of Operations from March 2011 to December 2013, and VP of Merchant Accounting, Payment Partnerships, and Product Management from January 2010 to March 2011. Additionally, they served as a Board Member at CNPPF.org from January 2006 to December 2012. Ron has also worked at TW4 Fulfilment Services as the VP of Business Development & Client Services from January 2009 to December 2009, at TW4 (Time Warner Publishing B.V.) as the Client Services & Business Development Director from 2007 to 2009, at TW4 Fulfilment Services as the Director of Operations & Customer Contact from December 2002 to 2007, and at Warner Publishing B.V as the Operations & Marketing Support Manager from January 1994 to January 2002.

Ron de Bos has pursued various educational opportunities throughout their career. In 1978, they completed their HAVO degree at HBO/MBO VD Waals Scholengemeenschap. Later, in 1994-1995, they attended ISW Advanced Management and obtained an HBO degree in Advanced Management. In 2008-2009, Ron furthered their education at the International Project Management Association, earning an HBO degree in IPMA C - Project Manager. Continuing their professional development, they completed the CXPA Certified Customer Experience Professional program in 2018, granted by the Customer Experience Professionals Association. Ron holds a CCXP certification in Customer Experience Management.
