Pete Sena

Pete Sena is an experienced entrepreneur and business leader. In 2018, they co-founded ThinkFWD, a company focused on connecting and cultivating a community of forward-obsessed business innovators. In 2020, they became Entrepreneur In Residence at UConn Technology Commercialization Services. In 2022, they became an Author, Podcast Host, and Brand Consultant for FWD Obsessed.

In 2004, they founded Digital Surgeons LLC, an independently-owned forward-obsessed brand experience consultancy. As CEO and Chief Creative Officer, they were responsible for setting a strategic vision that ensured their organization's design and culture evolved faster than the needs of the market.

Since 2014, they have been a Venture Mentor at Yale University's Entrepreneurial Institute, where they provide strategic counsel to student-lead startups inside of Yale's incubator. Theirareas of expertise include the many facets of early stage business and brand building, as well as product development and digital innovation.

Pete Sena attended the University of Connecticut School of Business from 2001 to 2005.
